Amy — what was the Motown-type song you covered @ Steel City concert on 1/6/12? It sounded like Isley Bros., but not sure.

You SO nailed the song “Our Lady of the Underground” when I saw you in Somerville. I was watching the reaction of Tim and Anais as you were singing… they were smiling and nodding at each other behind you as you sang. I think you sort of blew them away as well. I was very disappointed that there was no video allowed but thoroughly enjoyed the show and particularly your performance of Persephone.

PS. Dinty’s “Powder Blue” is almost as good as your original… has a different meaning with him singing, however.
